Dr. Dong LT. Tran

He is currently the Vice Dean of the Institute of Aerospace Technology and Engineering (IAE) at Duy Tan University, Vietnam. He received his Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from Thai Nguyen University of Technology, Vietnam. His primary research focuses on optimal control problems in robotics, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), IoT systems, embedded systems, and artificial intelligence (AI). He has actively contributed to numerous international scientific conferences, serving as Secretary and Local Organizing Chair.

Dr. Hoang T. Tran

He is currently the Dean of the Institute of Aerospace Technology and Engineering (IAE) at Duy Tan University, Vietnam. He holds a Master's degree in Network and Electrical Systems from the University of Da Nang (2009), and a PhD in Electronic and Communication Technology from the University of Technology - Vietnam National University (2016). His research focuses on data sensors, wireless networks, and control automation. Dr. Hoang has served as a session chair at numerous conferences.

Thanh C. Vo

He received a degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Danang University of Technology, Vietnam, in 2013. Engineer Thanh is currently a researcher at the Institute of Aerospace Technology and Engineering (IAE) at Duy Tan University, Vietnam. He has an interest in and expertise in research topics in embedded programming, automatic control, drones, and mobile robots.

Dr. Pham Anh Tuan

He received a degree in engineering (2012) and a Ph.D. (2018) from the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), Russian Federation. His research focuses on measurement and control engineering. He is curently a specialist at the Standards - Metrology - Quality Center 3, Da Nang, and the Institute of Aerospace Technology and Engineering (IAE) at Duy Tan University, Vietnam.

Dr. Minh T. Nguyen

He is an Associate Professor of Electronic Engineering and Director of the Advanced Wireless Communication Networks Laboratory (AWCN). His research and expertise span a wide range of telecommunications, computer networking, and signal processing, particularly signal compression and wireless/mobile/robotic sensor networks. He is a technical reviewer for several prestigious international journals and conferences. He is also an editor for journals such as Wireless Communication and Mobile Computing, Transactions on Industrial Networks and Intelligent Systems, and Editor-in-Chief of ICSES Transactions on Computer Networks and Communications.

Dr. Manh Duong Phung

He is an Assistant Professor of AI and Robotics at the School of Engineering and Computer Science, VinUni. He has over 15 years of academic and research experience, including teaching positions at the University of Technology Sydney (5 years) and Western Sydney University (4 years). His research focuses on automated systems and artificial intelligence, with expertise in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), AI-controlled robotic vision, SLAM, path planning, and motion control.
